When you ask someone which is the fastest animal in the world most of them will agree with cheetah,but its the fastest "land animal".That title goes to Peregrine falcon with a diving speed of 389 km/h, which easily beats the Cheetah.Back in the 90's when the engineers in Suzuki was building the fastest bike at that that time they didn't have to think twice about the name.They named their bike Hayabusa which is Japanese for Peregrine Falcon.

The bike was an engineering marvel at that time and it held the title of the fastest production bike for years.The bike could easily reach a top speed of 320 kmph thanks to its 1300cc engine producing close to 200bhp, That's more that your average car.It was the first production bike to break the 300kmph barrier, thus becoming a legend and attaining a cult status.It was a benchmark set for a decade.

Even after 20 years after its launch the Hayabusa can still rival modern super bikes. The curvy body and the comfortable riding position makes the "Busa" still relevant in this crowded market.
